The EXXY® Smart Pen is a Grade-5 titanium ballpoint pen with embedded artificial intelligence. It transcribes meetings with speaker identification in 40+ languages, digitizes handwriting to the cloud via 6-axis IMU, maps rooms with a 940nm infrared camera, and activates with a single press of the plunger — no app, no Bluetooth pairing, no special paper.
Most smart pens require proprietary dotted paper (Livescribe, Neo Smartpen), a smartphone app (Moleskine Pen+), or only capture audio (Plai). EXXY® works on any paper surface, requires no app, uses room-mapping IR camera for speaker tracking, and combines five features — handwriting digitization, meeting transcription, speaker attribution, room mapping, and AI note-taking — in a single 28g device with 8-hour battery life.
No smartphone is required to use the pen's core features. One click activates transcription, handwriting capture, and room mapping. Cloud sync is optional — up to 10+ hours of audio stores locally on the pen's 1GB internal memory. Subscription details will be announced at the Indiegogo campaign launch.

Yes — unconditionally. If EXXY® does not launch its Indiegogo campaign for any reason, your $25 deposit is returned in full, no questions asked. If the campaign launches, your $25 is applied directly as part of your $219 final pledge. You are never paying more than $219 total for the pen.
Security is a core design principle. All data uses AES-256 end-to-end encryption. The AI processing runs on the pen's Cortex-M33 + NPU — no audio or handwriting data is transmitted unless you choose cloud sync. Local storage holds 10+ hours of audio. The pen is built for boardrooms, legal settings, and healthcare environments where confidentiality is non-negotiable.

Dual MEMS microphones with active noise cancellation capture audio while an on-device Cortex-M33 processor with NPU runs AI transcription. The 940nm IR camera maps speaker positions in the room, allowing the pen to attribute each spoken segment to the correct speaker. Transcripts in 40+ languages are generated in real time and sync wirelessly to your devices.
A 6-axis IMU traces every pen stroke on any surface, converting handwriting to digital text in under one second. The pen supports up to 2 kilometres of continuous writing before the ink cartridge needs replacing. Digitized notes appear in your cloud account before you cap the pen.
The EXXY Smart Pen offers 8 hours of continuous active use on a 400mAh Li-Po cell. It recharges fully in 45 minutes via the included Qi wireless charging stand or USB-C. Up to 10+ hours of audio is stored locally on the pen's 1GB internal memory.
